I often go to Greece and come home with boxes of olive oil. The quality of the EVOO in Greece cannot be beat. After much research I bought the Iyia EVOO and I can confirm it is by far the most comparable to that authentic oil I get from back home. I live in Ontario so finding a reasonably priced way of getting real Greek EVOO has been challenging but Iyia is absolutely the way to go. Beats the supermarket stuff by leaps and bounds. They have a customer for life in me now.
The products are wonderful, Oregano is fresh and pure, olive oil reminds me of Greece, clean, peppery finish delicious. Customs broke my honey so it leaked out, dried figs were tasty. Its a must try. Well done!.
Our olive oil stays out on the counter in our house. We pour it over everything . Salad, bread, fish, chicken, meatballs - before they hit the heat and again once on our plates ! Iyia olive oil is not only delicious, but we are assured of the quality knowing how it is sourced :)
