Characteristics: High in magnesium, calcium, and potassium and free from chemical additives (undergoes rigorous ISO 9001 and IFS certification standards). It is simply washed and sun dried to retain its natural trace elements. 

IYIA gourmet blend is made up of three unique varieties straight from the salt bed: pyramid flakes, fleur de sel, and coarse sea salt. This trifecta combo is textural and savoury, making it the perfect finishing for any dish.
